1. IT Act 2000 Compliance
ViViD eSigner generates electronic signatures that comply with the Information Technology Act, 2000 (India) and subsequent amendments.
Aadhaar-based eSignatures and DSC (Digital Signature Certificate) token-based signatures executed on our platform carry the same legal validity and enforceability as traditional wet-ink signatures under Section 5 of the IT Act.
2. CCA & ESP Compliance
ViViD eSigner integrates with Licensed Certifying Authorities (CAs) and eSign Service Providers (ESPs) regulated by the Controller of Certifying Authorities (CCA), Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY).
We ensure strict adherence to the CCA guidelines for secure digital security key pair generation, certificate issuance, and comprehensive audit trails for every signing transaction.
3. Data Integrity & Document Security
All documents signed on the ViViD eSigner platform are digitally secured using High-Security Standards and Standard Digital Certificate technology. Any post-signature modification or tampering will immediately invalidate the document's digital certificate.
