The rules, obligations, and legal agreements for using the ViViD eSigner platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for an account, accessing, or using the ViViD eSigner platform (owned and operated by ViViD App Studio), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not access the website or use any services.
You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to use this service.
2. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Activities
You agree to use ViViD eSigner solely for lawful purposes. You are strictly prohibited from using the platform to:
- Forge, manipulate, or impersonate another person's identity or Aadhaar credentials for eSigning.
- Upload documents containing malicious code, viruses, or illegal content.
- Use the platform to facilitate money laundering, fraud, or acts of terrorism.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or bypass the platform's security measures or digital security systems.
3. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000.
Any disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with the ViViD eSigner platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Mumbai City, Maharashtra, India. By using the platform, you waive any objections to this jurisdiction or venue.
