Payments Policy
Terms and conditions for financial transactions, payment processing, and taxation on ViViD eSigner.
1. Secure Payment Processing
ViViD eSigner utilizes industry-leading, RBI-compliant payment gateways (such as Razorpay and Stripe) to securely process your transactions. We do not store your complete credit card numbers or UPI PINs on our servers.
We accept major Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, and select digital wallets. By submitting your payment information, you authorize ViViD App Studio and our third-party payment processors to charge the applicable fees to your selected payment method.
2. Taxes and GST Compliance
All prices listed on the ViViD eSigner platform are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. For users located in India, an 18% Goods and Services Tax (GST) will be applied to all purchases in accordance with Indian tax laws.
B2B users may provide their GSTIN during checkout or in their account settings to claim Input Tax Credit (ITC). B2B invoices will be automatically generated and made available in the Billing section of your dashboard.
3. Subscriptions & Failed Payments
For subscription-based plans, billing will occur automatically on a monthly or annual basis, as selected during enrollment. If a recurring payment fails due to insufficient funds, card expiration, or bank decline, ViViD App Studio will suspend your API access and premium features until the outstanding balance is cleared.
